Exploring the place of unity between what we think and understand – with our intellect and our wisdom – as well as our heart and our emotions and our spirituality.
Forgiveness of others always requires the forgiveness of self.
The first step on the road to self-forgiveness is self-acceptance. It is also the last step.
Only God can forgive. Only we can allow that.

Forgiveness is a Divine Opportunity to participate in a Greater Love.
Remembering:
Let us not forget to remember who we are but remember to forget what we are not.
To re-member who we truly are involves allowing God to help us piece together the truest parts of our selves.
Denying and repressing what is True causes us to be dis-membered.
Remembering is a choice.
Breaking the habit of focusing alone on what is painful requires a changing of one’s paradigm to allow the help of the Divine.
True remembering requires a constant attending to one’s inner garden. It requires watering with love and joy and the fertilizing with our efforts at self-discipline and outer service.
